PART 1 PRELIMINARY

Objectives

1. Objectives

The objectives of these Regulations are to prescribe-

   (a)  statutory authorities and statutory corporations as public sector
        bodies for the purposes of section 38 of the Disability Act 2006; and

   (b)  monetary limits in relation to the provision of certain disability
        services under that Act; and

   (c)  a form in relation to residential institutions; and

   (d)  other matters required to be prescribed under that Act.
