Fees

75. Fees



(1) The prescribed fee for the issue of a licence or permit specified in an
item in Column 1 of the following table is the amount specified in Column 2 of
that table in respect of that licence or permit.

(2) The prescribed fee for an amendment of a licence or permit specified in an
item in Column 1 of the table, where the amendment requires inspection of the
premises by an authorised officer, is the amount specified in Column 3 of that
table in respect of that licence or permit.

(3) The prescribed fee for the renewal of a licence or permit specified in an
item in Column 1 of the table is the amount specified in Column 4 of that
table in respect of that licence or permit.

(4) The prescribed fee for an amendment of a licence or permit which does not
require the inspection of premises by an authorised officer is 5(3 fee units.
