Licence to sell or supply Schedule 2 poisons by retail

74. Licence to sell or supply Schedule 2 poisons by retail

The Secretary must not grant to a person a licence under the Act to sell or
supply by retail a Schedule 2 poison unless the business premises of that
person are situated at least 25 kilometres distance away by the shortest
practicable road from the nearest pharmacy business.
