Permit required for Schedule 9 poisons

7. Permit required for Schedule 9 poisons

A registered medical practitioner, pharmacist, veterinary practitioner or
dentist must not manufacture, sell, supply, purchase or otherwise obtain,
possess, administer, use or prescribe a Schedule 9 poison unless he or she
holds a permit issued under the Act or these Regulations to do so. Penalty:
100 penalty units.
