Storage requirements

66. Storage requirements

A person who sells or supplies any Schedule 7 poison by retail in accordance
with the Act (whether or not by authority under section 13 of the Act) must
store all Schedule 7 poisons in that person's possession in a storage facility
which is not accessible to the public, unless access to that area or facility
is under the personal supervision of that person or a person acting under his
or her direction. Penalty: 50 penalty units.
