62. Restrictions on storage and display

A person who is authorised or licensed under the Act to sell or supply
Schedule 3 poisons must not keep, store or display any Schedule 3 poison-

   (a)  in a manner which readily allows self-selection by the public; or

   (b)  in a manner which will promote the sale of that Schedule 3 poison or
        draw undue attention to it.

Penalty: 50 penalty units.
