54. Warrant number to be included in any prescription



(1) A registered medical practitioner who prescribes an ovulatory stimulant, a
prostaglandin, a retinoid or thalidomide must include the warrant number on
the prescription.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.

(2) A registered medical practitioner who prescribes an ovulatory stimulant, a
prostaglandin, a retinoid or thalidomide on the direction of the warrant
holder must include on the prescription the name of the registered medical
practitioner who holds the warrant.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
