Lost or stolen records to be reported

44. Lost or stolen records to be reported

A person required to keep records under this Division must notify the
Secretary without delay of the circumstances of any loss, destruction or theft
of records kept by the person relating to Schedule 4 poisons, Schedule 8
poisons or Schedule 9 poisons. Penalty: 50 penalty units.
