Discrepancies in records to be investigated

43. Discrepancies in records to be investigated

A person required to keep records under this Division must-

   (a)  investigate without delay any discrepancies found in the transaction
        records kept by that person; and

   (b)  after that investigation, notify the Secretary without delay of any
        discrepancy which remains.

Penalty: 50 penalty units.
