Accurate records to be kept

42. Accurate records to be kept

A person required to keep records under this Division must not knowingly make
or cause to be made an entry which is false or misleading in any records in
respect of a Schedule 4 poison, Schedule 8 poison or Schedule 9 poison.
Penalty: 50 penalty units.
