20. Form of Schedule 9 permit and Schedule 8 permit



(1) For the purposes of section 33B(2) of the Act, the prescribed form of a
Schedule 9 permit is the form of DP3 in Schedule 2.

(2) For the purposes of section 34A(2) of the Act, the prescribed form of a
Schedule 8 permit is the form of DP3 in Schedule 2.
