1. General Information
The Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Confiscation) Regulations 2004, S.R. No. 59/2004 were made on 8 June 2004 by the Governor in Council under section 132 of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981, No. 9719/1981 and came into operation on 8 June 2004.
The Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Confiscation) Regulations 2004 will sunset 10 years after the day of making on 8 June 2014 (see section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994).
2. Table of Amendments
There are no amendments made to the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Confiscation) Regulations 2004 by statutory rules, subordinate instruments and Acts.
