Information to be contained on register
5. Information to be contained on register
For the purposes of section 71(2) of the Act, the register must contain the
following information-
(a) the Crown description of the relevant land;
(b) a description of the nature of the right;
(c) if the right was referred to on a registered plan of subdivision
within the meaning of the Subdivision Act 1988, the number of the
registered plan;
(d) if the right was created by an instrument that is not referred to on
the latest registered plan of subdivision under the
Subdivision Act 1988, the number of the registered instrument under
the Transfer of Land Act 1958.

ENDNOTES 1. General Information The Docklands (Register of Rights) Regulations
2007, S.R. No. 65/2007 were made on 26 June 2007 by the Governor in Council
under section 56 of the Docklands Act 1991, No. 22/1991 and came into
operation on 1 July 2007. The Docklands (Register of Rights) Regulations 2007
will sunset 10 years after the day of making on 26 June 2017 (see section 5 of
the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994).
2. Table of Amendments There are no amendments made to the Docklands (Register
of Rights) Regulations 2007 by statutory rules, subordinate instruments and
Acts.
