705. New regulation 513 substituted

For regulation 513 of the Dangerous Goods (Explosives) Regulations 2000
substitute-

"513. Savings for permits to use blasting explosives A permit that was issued
under regulation 513 as in force before 1 October 2005 remains in force until
the date of expiry in the permit or 31 December 2005, whichever occurs
first.".
