507. Mutual recognition-permits for unsupervised access to HCDG



(1) This regulation applies to a person who holds a permit granted by any
other State or Territory if-

   (a)  that permit is granted under a provision of the law of that State or
        Territory, corresponding to Part 3 enabling a person to have
        unsupervised access to HCDG; and

   (b)  the permit is in force in that State or Territory.

(2) A person who holds a permit that complies with the requirements of
subregulation (1) is deemed to hold a permit under Part 3.
