Refusal of permit

304. Refusal of permit



(1) If the Authority refuses to issue or renew a permit, the Authority must
send by post to the applicant written notice of the refusal setting out the
reasons for the refusal.

(2) If the Authority refuses to renew a permit, it must send the written
notice to the applicant at least 2 months before the permit expires unless the
application for renewal is received by the Authority less than 2 months before
the permit expired.
