PART 3 PERMITS FOR UNSUPERVISED ACCESS TO HCDG
Applying for a permit
301. Applying for a permit
(1) A natural person who is a resident of Victoria may apply to the Authority
for a permit to have unsupervised access to HCDG.
(2) An application for a permit must be-
(a) in the form and manner required by the Authority; and
(b) accompanied by the fee prescribed in Part 6.
(3) An applicant must-
(a) provide the Authority with his or her specified proof of identity; and
(b) consent to the Authority obtaining, and provide sufficient information
to enable the Authority to obtain, known information concerning the
person to determine whether the person is suitable to have access to
HCDG.
(4) The Authority may require an applicant to submit any other information
that the Authority considers necessary to assess the application.
