Licensee must review and revise security plans

207. Licensee must review and revise security plans



(1) It is a condition of an HCDG licence that, if the Authority requires the
licensee to provide a security plan, the licensee must ensure that the
security plan is reviewed and, if necessary, revised.

(2) A security plan must be revised if the security plan no longer
sufficiently addresses the particulars set out in Schedule 1 or Schedule 2.
