Objectives

101. Objectives

The objectives of these Regulations are to-

   (a)  regulate access to high consequence dangerous goods;

   (b)  provide for the management of risks arising out of security concerns
        associated with explosives and high consequence dangerous goods;

   (c)  make further provision for explosives;

   (d)  make consequential amendments to other regulations made under the
        Dangerous Goods Act 1985.
