Security fencing for above ground magazines

411. Security fencing for above ground magazines



(1) The Authority may require the holder of a licence under this Part to
construct a security fence surrounding an above ground magazine or magazine
area.

(2) A fence required to be constructed under subregulation (1) must be
constructed in accordance with the requirements of AS2187.1.

(3) Subregulation (1) does not apply to a magazine used solely to store
explosives of Classification Code 1.4S.
