Lightning protection

410. Lightning protection



(1) The holder of a licence under this Part must ensure that a magazine
specified in the licence is provided with lightning protection in accordance
with the requirements of AS2187.1 and AS1768.

(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply to a magazine used solely to store
explosives of Classification Code 1.4S.
