Application

401. Application



(1) This Part applies to the storage of explosives-

   (a)  in a magazine (including a magazine in a mine or quarry); and

   (b)  in retail and other premises; and

   (c)  on a small scale in licensed and unlicensed premises.

(2) This Part does not apply to the storage of cartridge ammunition by a
licensed firearms dealer under the Firearms Act 1996.
