328. Sources of ignition to be kept away from ammonium nitrate



(1) The holder of a licence under this Part must ensure that a source of
ignition is not introduced within 10 metres of an ammonium nitrate store.

(2) A person must not introduce or permit a source of ignition within 10
metres of an ammonium nitrate store.
