Disposal of spills and packaging

322. Disposal of spills and packaging

A person controlling or managing the process of making an explosive mixture
must ensure-

   (a)  that any spillage of an explosive mixture or of an intended component
        of the mixture is cleaned up promptly and disposed of safely; and

   (b)  that any waste packaging is removed promptly and disposed of safely.
