Modifications to licensed premises

305. Modifications to licensed premises

A holder of a licence to manufacture explosives at a factory must-

   (a)  notify the Authority of any proposed modification to the factory at
        which explosives are manufactured; and

   (b)  provide an assessment of the impact of the modification-

before making the modification.
