Misuse of explosives prohibited

130. Misuse of explosives prohibited



(1) A person must not use, modify, or attempt to use or modify, an explosive
to produce an explosives effect other than that for which the particular
explosive was designed.

(2) A person must not incite or assist another person to use, modify, or
attempt to use or modify, an explosive to produce an explosives effect other
than that for which the particular explosive was designed.

(3) This regulation does not apply to a person who is appropriately qualified
or experienced in the use of those explosives, if the person is conducting
research at an approved industrial laboratory or research institution or at a
place approved for the conduct of such activities.
