126. Continuation of licences under the Dangerous Goods (Explosives)
Regulations 1988

The following provisions apply to licences which were in force under the
Dangerous Goods (Explosives) Regulations 1988 immediately before this
regulation came into operation-

   (a)  a requirement to hold a licence under these Regulations in respect of
        a particular act, matter or thing does not apply to the holder of a
        licence under the Dangerous Goods (Explosives) Regulations 1988 until
        the expiry date specified on that licence, if-

   (i)  that licence authorises the same act, matter or thing; and

   (ii) the licence holder complies with the conditions, limitations and
        restrictions specified in that licence;

   (b)  a licence referred to in paragraph (a), issued under the Dangerous
        Goods (Explosives) Regulations 1988, may be amended, suspended, or
        revoked as if it were a licence issued under these Regulations until
        the expiry date specified in the licence.
