Date of effect of amendment to incorporated documents

112. Date of effect of amendment to incorporated documents

If the effect of an amendment to any document incorporated, applied or
referred to in these Regulations is to impose a new obligation, or alter an
existing obligation, under these Regulations, a person may choose to comply
with these Regulations as if the amendment had not been made until the expiry
of 6 months after the date the amendment is published.
