Publication date of amendments to AEC

111. Publication date of amendments to AEC

For the purposes of these Regulations, an amendment to the Australian
Explosives Code is published either-

   (a)  on the date it is published in the Government Gazette of the
        Commonwealth; or

   (b)  on the date on which the notice of its making is published in the
        Government Gazette of the Commonwealth-

whichever occurs first.
