Commencement

104. Commencement



(1) These Regulations, other than regulations 306, 307, 308, 309, 808(3), 809,
817, 818 and 1212(1), come into operation on 30 June 2000.

(2) Regulations 808(3), 809, 817, 818 and 1212(1) come into operation on 1
October 2000.

(3) Regulations 306, 307, 308 and 309 come into operation on 1 January 2001.
