Prime contractors and rail operators

93. Prime contractors and rail operators

A prime contractor or rail operator must not use a vehicle to transport
dangerous goods if the vehicle or its equipment does not comply with Chapter
4.4 of the ADG Code. Penalty: 35 penalty units for a natural person; 175
penalty units for a body corporate.
