91. Consignors

A person must not consign dangerous goods for transport in or on a vehicle if
the person knows, or reasonably ought to know, that the vehicle or its
equipment does not comply with Chapter 4.4 of the ADG Code. Penalty: 35
penalty units for a natural person; 175 penalty units for a body corporate.
