90. Owners

The owner of a vehicle must not use the vehicle, or permit it to be used, to
transport dangerous goods if the vehicle or its equipment does not comply with
Chapter 4.4 of the ADG Code. Penalty: 35 penalty units for a natural person;
175 penalty units for a body corporate.
