86. Consignors



(1) A person must not consign a placard load for transport if the load is not
appropriately placarded.

Penalty: 53 penalty units for a natural person; 265 penalty units for a body
corporate.

(2) A person must not consign a placard load for transport if the placarding
of the load is false or misleading in a material particular.

Penalty: 53 penalty units for a natural person; 265 penalty units for a body
corporate.

(3) A person must not consign goods for transport in or on a transport unit
that does not contain dangerous goods but that is placarded as if it was a
placard load.

Penalty: 53 penalty units for a natural person; 265 penalty units for a body
corporate.
