Meaning of appropriately placarded
85. Meaning of appropriately placarded
(1) A person placards a load of dangerous goods if the person affixes,
stencils, prints or places a label (as defined in the ADG Code) or an
emergency information panel (as defined in section 5.3.1.3 of the ADG Code) in
relation to the load on any thing that is being, or that is to be, used to
transport the load.
(2) In this Division, a placard load is appropriately placarded if it is
placarded in accordance with Chapter 5.3 of the ADG Code.
