Packers

76. Packers

A person must not pack dangerous goods for transport in an overpack if the
person knows, or reasonably ought to know, that the packing of the packages
into the overpack, or the preparation of the overpack or its contents, does
not comply with either-

   (a)  Part 4 and section 5.1.2 of the ADG Code; or

   (b)  an approval under regulation 58.

Penalty: 18 penalty units for a natural person; 90 penalty units for a body
corporate.
