Subsidiary risk

41. Subsidiary risk

The subsidiary risk, if any, of particular dangerous goods for the purposes of
these Regulations is-

   (a)  if a determination under regulation 30(1)(c) that the goods have a
        particular subsidiary risk is in effect, the subsidiary risk specified
        in the determination; or

   (b)  if no such determination is in effect, the subsidiary risk determined
        for the goods in accordance with the ADG Code.
