Effect of determinations on contrary obligations under these Regulations

34. Effect of determinations on contrary obligations under these Regulations

If these Regulations impose an obligation on a person, and the person is
authorised or permitted to act contrary to that obligation by a determination
made under this Division, that person is deemed to have met that obligation if
that person acts in accordance with the determination.
