443. Prescription of persons and dangerous goods under section 32 of the Act



(1) The occupier of premises where dangerous goods are stored and handled is a
prescribed person for the purposes of section 32(1) of the Act.

(2) Dangerous goods of Class 2.2, other than those listed in Schedule 5, are
prescribed dangerous goods for the purposes of section 32(2)(a) of the Act.

(3) A quantity of packaged dangerous goods (other than Class 2.3 or Packing
Group I) less than 250 kg or 250 L, that is involved in a fire, explosion,
spillage, leakage or escape that does not result in injury to any person or
damage to any property, is a prescribed quantity of dangerous goods for the
purposes of section 32(2)(b) of the Act.
