433. Placards in place on commencement date



(1) A placard that is in place on 1 July 2001 and that is in accordance with
the 1989 Regulations is deemed to be in compliance with this subdivision.

(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply if the placard is illegible or is
replaced after 1 July 2001.
