425. Ventilation and atmospheric emissions



An occupier of premises where dangerous goods are stored and handled must
ensure that any risk associated with any atmospheric conditions that are
flammable, explosive or asphyxiant-

   (a)  is eliminated; or

   (b)  if it is not practicable to eliminate the risk, is reduced so far as
        is practicable.
