403. Copy of risk assessment for workers



An occupier of premises where dangerous goods are stored and handled must
ensure that a copy of the current record of the risk assessment made in
accordance with regulation 405 is readily available to persons engaged by the
occupier to work at the premises who are likely to be exposed to a risk and to
any health and safety representative of those persons.
