9. Certain contracts exempt from provisions of Act



(1) Section 15 of the Act does not apply to a domestic building contract for
public construction.

(2) Sections 31(1)(b), (c), (d), (i), (n) and (r), 31(2), 33, 34 and 35 of the
Act do not apply to a major domestic building contract for public
construction.
