   (a)  the Domestic Building Contracts and Tribunal (General) Regulations
        19961;

   (b)  the Domestic Building Contracts and Tribunal (General) (Amendment)
        Regulations 19992;

   (c)  the Domestic Building Contracts and Tribunal (General) (Amendment)
        Regulations 20043.
