Person using the business name Any person carrying on business within Victoria in a name or style other than that person's own may be sued in that name or style as if it were the name of a firm, and Rules 17.02 to 17.09 shall apply, with any necessary modification, as if that person were a partner and the name in which the person carries on business were the name of that person's firm.
