Buildings above or below certain public facilities

515. Buildings above or below certain public facilities



(1) This Division does not apply to an item to which Division 2 applies.

(2) The report and consent of the relevant council must be obtained to an
application for a building permit for the construction of a building above or
below a street, railway, bus terminal or similar public facility whether or
not such a building is connected to other buildings.
