506. Windows and balconies

A window or balcony must not project beyond the street alignment-

   (a)  more than 1m; and

   (b)  in any street less than 10m in width; and

   (c)  at a height less than 3m above the level of the footpath; and

   (d)  within 1·2m of the side boundary of an adjoining allotment.
