Building surveyor to provide copy of permit

314. Building surveyor to provide copy of permit



(1) When a building permit is issued, the relevant building surveyor must
within 7 days forward to the applicant with the building permit-

   (a)  a copy of the permit; and

   (b)  2 copies of the plans, specifications and other documents (except for
        computations or reports) lodged with the application (whether or not
        with amendments) with evidence of approval stamped and endorsed on
        them.





(2) When a building permit is issued to a person other than the owner of the
allotment, the relevant building surveyor must within 7 days also forward a
copy of the permit to the owner.
