Issue of building permit

313. Issue of building permit



(1) A building permit must be in the form of Form 2.

(2) A building permit must be signed by the relevant building surveyor.

(3) The relevant building surveyor must include on the building permit-

   (a)  the time limits for commencement and completion of the building work
        in accordance with regulation 315; and

   (b)  the mandatory notification stages for that building work in accordance
        with regulation 901.
