Maximum fees for report and consent

312. Maximum fees for report and consent



(1) The maximum fee payable for the consideration by a reporting authority of
an application for a building permit referred to it under section 29A of the
Act for report and consent is $54.35.





(2) The maximum fee payable for the consideration by the relevant council of
an application for a building permit referred to it under Part 4, 5 or 8 of
these Regulations or under regulation 604(4) for report and consent is
$217.50.



(3) The maximum fee payable for the consideration by the relevant council of
an application for a building permit referred to it under regulation 610(2)
for report and consent is $54.35.
